Some of the normal crabs were huge and a couple we saw in amongst the seaweed were so big we couldn't fit them in our nets, the place we went to is in Portland Harbour but it's our secret best crabbing place and I'm not going to tell where it is.

Last weekend we went to Portland Harbour twice, both Sat & Sun we did a watersports taster session with Weymouth Watersports and that was brilliant too, each day did half an hour of Windsurfing, half an hour of Kayaking and half an hour of Paddleboarding which is like a surfboard that you stand on and have a great long paddle to move along with.

Next weekend we might go to Swanage for the day as dad's doing a website for there at the moment.

We're hoping to sell our house this summer and want to move to Portland, I'm not massively keen but I know it'll be ok in the long run, the new house we want is only yards from the Olympics so it'll be dead cool in a couple of years.

Other Dad, Matt, had to drive to Bridport then to pick me up on Sunday evening, we went to grandma's on the way home to pick up my school jacket as she'd done a great repair on a rip that I got in it playing football at lunchtime. oooops.

Back at the house last night dad was working on his latest site whcih is all about East Devon, part of the Jurassic Coast aparently.

Dad was working hard all last night writing wills for people.

Tonight I'm off to Bridport and they're going to Brecon for a mate's wedding in a big posh hotel, Dad's just finished revamping the Weymouth site too which is worth a look.

Grandma's birthday today so might see her later, mum & dad are going out for lunch with her whilst i'm in school.

Dad's taken on some work for an online therapy lady called Jilly Bentley, she's based in Dorset somewhere but seems to be calling him from France.

One is about basic Wills for single people and families called www.Wills.org.uk and the other Will Writing website specifically deals with Protective Property Trusts and is called www.ProtectivePropertyTrusts.co.uk for couples, married or not, who own their own property and have family.

On the advertsing side of things he's been refreshing his ftp skills on www.eype.co.uk which is a site about a tiny village near Bridport and West Bay.

Flying home was a pin though, had to stay awake all night, right up until 5 in the morning as our flight wasn't until after midnight from Turkey. All worth it in the end though, got home in time for my Sunday football match, it was a cup game and we won it 3-2, I scored the first goal and then the winner in extra time. Jacky Legs scored the other goal.

Back in school again and although it's trendy to hate school, I don't mind it, I see my friends, play football and generally have a good laugh. Off to my dad's in Bridport this weekend to see my new little sister again, she's only a month old....cool.

Dad's at home working on his websites as usual, he had a lot to catch up with from his Will Writing website when we got back from holidays so he's been a bit stressed this week.

Dad's doing a deal with all his legal services websites, he seems quite excited about it especially about the Divorce.org.uk one.

When we get back from honeymoon then we're going to swanage for a day to see what holiday stuff goes on there, accommodation and things to do.

I'm hoping at the weekend to go snowboarding with a couple of friends, last night mum & dad tooko me to Bella Italia for a Pizza with River and Joel, we had a great time.

Dad's working on his Will Writing website and Mum's in the gym this morning, she wants to be slim for next week's holiday to Turkey....can't wait.

Football practice tonight, looking forward to that too.

Soon though we'd got one in, my first of the match but not my last, by the end of the game we'd scored 8 in total to their reply of 2, of the 8 I scored 5 of them, my last one was a peach of  lob over the keeper, and got the Man of the Match trophy for my efforts, I was very pleased with that because it could have gone to Tom, Jackie Legs, Dylan, Max or James who all played really well too.

Dad came home and worked on his Swanage website, I think my Grandma & Grandpa had been there the week before so he had a new picture to load up on it.

Hope I get a game this week, I missed training last night because I went to Portland with Joel and River (who stayed at my house last night) and missed the bus home so got home too late for football training. Off to Bridport tonight to see Tristan and my new baby half sister, looking forward to that!

Met up with loads of family in the evening, played like mad with my cousin Sally, my age, and had a good party in Lanes on the Saturday afternoon. Sat night I slept in one of the B&B's on Greenhills sea front, it was great fun but meant I was tired on Sunday for football. I still managed to score a hat trick though, I haven't lost it!

Going to get my Tux fitted next Tuesday after school and that's what I'm wearing for the wedding on Friday, day off school for that which includes a great ride on a yacht!

Playing rugby this term, my dad's favourite, he loves watching it on the tv and often goes to cardiff to watch it in the millenium stadium which we went to last time i was in cardiff, that was a cool trip!

I want all of my friends to get their Christmas Trees from the forest, my dad's in business with him and it's a cool eco friendly way to have your christmas tree!

I was at the helm for what seemd like hours and did really well. When Dad took over again he sailed us into shallow water where he felt it was safe and I jumped off the boat and had a swim, only just catching up with the boat to get back on board before Dad sailed off.

Went in to town yesterday to do the dreaded pre-school shopping trip and got a new bag, jacket and shoes, all I care about is getting some new football boots though and we still haven't managed that yet.

Not long now and it'll be winter then time to go out and buy Christmas Trees again, time flies!

Last week we went camping with Joel & Erin to Seatown and had a geat time swimming and chasing cows etc. fabulous weather too.

Carnival week in Weymouth now and hoping Tenaka's coming over to stay tomorrow night.

First was new dance that we'd learnt over the last 6 months, it was 2 Michael Jackson songs that we danced to and it was really popular because of his recent death, all a coincidence.

Second was the same dance we did for the last show with the skeleton suits on. Not sure if I'm going to continue with Becky's group or find another group to join, I've got the summer to think about it.

This is a picture that my dad took after they'd done a walk from Lulworth Cove to Weymouth Kings Arms in support of MV Freedom which takes disabled people to see. Over £2,500 was raised.

On Wednesday I had loads of my favourite lessons all in one day, Geography, Damce, Drama & Sport. In the evening I went into town with Joel to the cinema so that was fun.

Then, on Thursday we hada  great field trip to Lulworth Cove with the Geography class, I didn't eat enough because I didn't realise that we only had 30 mins for lunch but the trip was great and I bought a rude key ring there. On top of that, the school day finished early, I was dropped off at Abbotsbury Road Post Office at 2.45 so everyones a winner!

Today is Friday and I'm off to my Dad's in Bridport after school, my grandparents are picking me up from our house to take me there. I usually don't look ofrward to these weekends much but this weekend is my brother, Ollie's, birthday and I've got a couple of pressies to give him, should be fun.

Got our summer holiday booked in Chideock this summer, camping near the beach, should be a laugh, we were going to go to Ivybridge but decided not to!

I played pretty well I think, scored a couple of times but the best bit is a pic on me in todays Dorset Echo with green and red hair!

Dad was away at the weekend playing hockey in holland somewhere, he's back now and working at being a Will Writer as he does.

Make sure you've got a will or something odd might happen to your estate if you die, best get it sorted.

Off to my other dad's this weekend, no football either so nothing to do. Was annoyed about Man U knocking Arsenal out last night, ref was on Man U's side I think.

Thursday's game was in Blandford in the evening after school and although we lost 4-3 it was a great performance, I scored in the first half taking a throw in from Tom on my chest near the left wing, back to goal, I spun and struck it hard and the ball sailed into the net over the keepers head, the first half still finished 4-1 though.

In the second half we had all the attacks we needed to win it but just couldn't get the right shots it, Jackie Legs scored one and Tom got a cracker so winning the second half 2-0, just not quite enough.

I couldn't play on Saturday but we won 7-1 and apparently Max played centre forward and scored 4 goals, I'll have to watch ou for my place there!

Sunday was a late kick off but we were all up for it and by the last minute I'd scored 1 of our 2 goals, the score was 2-2 at that time with a minute to go but I managed to pull a match winner out of the bag and got my second, the teams 3rd and we won 3-2 hurrah!

Andy was pleased and so was the whole team. Close season now but pleased the team managed to start gelling by the end, much better season than last one!

Last Saturday we went out on a really long walk around Poundbury and Hardy's monument, it was with my Mum and Dad (Matt this time) and took us about 3 hours. At one point I was terrified because we had to walk through a huge field full of enormous long horned cattle and 2 of them were Bulls for sure, we ran up that hill pretty fast I can tell you.

Might go down to Exmouth soon, Dad's got a website down there and has suggested a visit, we'll see..... The other trip that's looming is to West Bay, I go fishing there and beach combing regularly with my other Dad as he lives a short walk from there.

Last three games of the season coming up, one on Thursday night this week away in Blandford, another on Saturday that I'm probably going to miss because I'll be at my other Dad's in Bridport and the last one is on Sunday, not sure where it is but I'll probably be able to play in that one.

My Grandpa John is over visiting family in Southern Ireland, Eire, at the moment, he stays in Bantry Bay when he's out there as that's where all the family are, Dad owns that website too.

Keith and I spent all day with mum, we went for a really long walk over to a cafe in Preston. When we got home we were all really tired and Keith had to go home.

On Sunday we had an away match against a team that had beaten us 7-1 in the previous game but this time we all played really well! We still lost 5-2 but this time we played like a team, lots of passing and stuff, I scored both of our goals so I was particulary happy. Then on Sunday night we stayed in and ate a roast that mum had cooked on mothers day (Dad got a card and chocolates for me to give her) adn after our meal we watched a film called "Ghost" which sounds scary but isn't really.

Today is monday and I've got to get up for school, ah well, you can't have everything!

We drew 3-3 which was better than we expected and I scored 2 of them, the first was an individual goal made from nothing, I beat 2 players and shot it wide of the keeper but into the net, I did my usual celebration dance!

My second goal was knocked into space for me to run onto, I beat my defender to the ball then had to try to beat the keeper, I shot but kept running, the keeper saved the shot but couldn't hold it so I was on top of him before he could do anything about it and slammed the ball into the roof of the net from underneath the keepers nose!

I was given Man of the Match, in our team scorers rarely get that becuase they get loads of glory but I got this for running back to help defend corners, I'm glad I did now!

Off to a Hilton Hotel in Arundel for the weekend, it's my grandad's 70th birthday, looking forward to seeing everyone there, should be a few cousins too. Sadly I'm missing 2 matches this weekend, I feel bad about letting the team down but I can't help it, all out of my hands!

We travelled a long way to Ferndown, without our Manager as he was away, but my dad took over as manager for the day. We played against Bearwood and won 10-1. It was Tanaka's first game for weymouth Cougars Sports and he did really well. I scored 6 of our goals so I was happy and Max got Man of the Match.

Now we're all looking forward to training tonight.

Monday night's training went well, i scored 4 goals and you know that makes me happy. Big match on Sunday and my Dad, Matt's going to be the team's Manager this week, standing in for Andy.

Dad's been busy this week, he's just bought some Divorce website.

That's over now and I'm back in Budmouth School again, football practice has started again and most things are back to normal..........EXCEPT THE WEATHER!

The ice on our pond is about 2 inches thick, the cats are walking across it for fun! Last night Dad & I broke the top of the ice, we had to use a mallet as it was so thick and even then it only made a tiny hole. The holes we made last night were large plugs of ice this morning, great fun, I'm just praying for snow now.

Glad I did too, that meant I could go over to Tristan's on Friday night and see my brother Ollie. We had a good weekend and on Sunday I played football again for Weymouth Cougars Sports, we lost 6-5 but we should have won it, we were all over them in the second half, I scored 2 goals and Jackie Legs scored 2, Tom scored 1, a great free kick like Beckham would have!

School yesterday was ok and I scored 6 goals at football training in the evening but Jackie Legs threw water over me at the end and I did it back to him and we ended up fighting, my dad split us up and told me off about my temper. I know i've got to control it but it's so hard sometimes!

In school again today and getting excited about the weekend, we're going to my dad's sister's house on freiday and staying there for the whole weekend.

So today I got up , had a little breakfast, not much because I wasn't feeling really up to it, got dressed and went off to school. I'd only been to one lesson and I had to go to see the nurse, she told me that yesterday alone she sent home 23 kids! I don't feel so bad after that, at least I'm not the only one eh?

She rang dad and he had to come and get me, he had to drop what he was doing on his Dorset property website but he's back working on it again now and I'm sat in my room playing FIFA '08.

The nurse said I have to have tomorrow off as well, I enjoy not going to school but I get very bored very quickly at home and not being able to play out or do all my usual things. I suppose the best thing is that I'll miss Science which is boring, we're trying to change a plant's leave to red by putting dye in the water we give it, it works but it's just too slow to be interesting.

On Saturday AM we went to the cinema but I had to come out because my cold had returned, T & I went home and watched movies / played all day and he went home about 5pm, great to have him stay over though.

Dad came home late on sat evening and we ordered a chineese, he'd been over to Southampton University to play hockey and he won 1-0, he plays for Weymouth Hockey Club, in fact he's the chairman!

Horrid day today, not sure what we're up to, I want to go to the cinema but I'm not sure I'm allowed out, got to get my cold better before school on monday.

Cougars game on sunday was cancelled due to bad weather and we've got no game on this sunday coming up so missing out a bit at the weekend at the moment!

Budmouth School team that I play for - we went to Poole last night and lost 4-2, both of our goals were a bit rubbish, deflectiosn, one from my header and another from someone elses shot.......you can't win them all.

My hair's getting long so I'm off to get my hair cut straight from School tomorrow.

dad's been working all day on our next door neighbours website for the Weymouth Tandoori I think it's finished at last.

I'll let you know how I get on tonight, dad's not coming back with us as he's going straight to the Weymouth FC match versus Woking.

A great game to be in and it was made all the more fun because of my double hat trick, not often that happens!

Can't wait to get to school tomorrow to tell everyone!

Played up at the Nothe for a while with a big crowd from school then went to the cinema. Spent the whole day in town hanging around and had a few phone calls from Mum asking me to meet up with her for food but we didn't bother, kept mucking around until about half past five when Isaac & I went back to our house. Dad had got back by then and we watched tv together for a while until mum came home.

Amanda came around and we watched the X-Factor, after that I went back to Isaac's and had a great sleep-over. Came home this morning and it's my mum's birthday, dad had got a card and pressie for me to give to mum and she's happy this morning.

Just eaten and I've got to get ready for my football match.

• I was embarrassed by my mum and aunty when the car we were in ran out of petrol on a roundabout near Newport in South Wales and they had to call the AA and the Police to sort it out!

Other than that lot, it's just school as usual at the moment, we're going to visit my dad's sister near London in December, I'm looking forward to that.

No school on Monday so went into town with Keith and had a load of fun. In the evening we went to football practice as usual but Andy wasn't there so my dad took the session, we did too much fitness training at the beginning but the second half was great, there was only 10 of us there so we played a game of 5 a side and my team won.....I scored 8 goals. Went home very happy.

Couldn't sleep monday night because I was excited, woke up on Tuesday morning and packed our bags, I went up to Cwmbran on the train with mum, dad dropped us off at the station and we took the train all the way up, had to change on the way too. Got there ok but my aunty Kay picked us up but had no petrol in her car so we ran out and had to be helped by the police and the AA.

My best mate Keith came home with me on Friday as my dad was taking us out for a birthday meal, I wanted my favourite food, lobster, but no restaurants in Weymouth had it on the menu so we went to the Crows Nest and I had Muscles followed by Crevettes, both up there in my top 5 foods!

Keith stayed the night and in the morning we went to the cinema together and hung around town all day. Keith went home early evening and we had a chineese take out whilst watching the X-Factor. Today I'm playing for Weymouth Cougars Sports again, we've got a league match against Dorchester Town Rangers up in Dorchester. Tomorrow it's back to Budmouth School again.....uuurghh!

 But this afternoon our game went really well, a great team performance and the mums and dads loved it but we lost 7-5, i scored 3, a hat trick! so I was well pleased. Everyone was great and I can't wait for training on Monday.

In the morning I had music and drama then all afternoon I had dance, tap and ballet, I showed off a bit of my tap dancing.

That was a great day in school but the best bit was still to come. My first game of football for the school which was an away game against a team in Chrstchurch. We travelled there with the games teacher in the school minibus. The game went really well, we won 3-1 and I scored 2 of them, one in open play and one penalty.

I was late getting home and tired when I got there, mum tried getting me to bed early but I couldn't sleep so I've woken up pretty slow this morning.

There's been a few ups and downs since I last wrote though, I was away at my other dad's for the weekend and enjoyed getting a couple of pressies early, I had an Air Guitar music maker and dad gave me a wrist watch covered in diamonds (not real) so I'm all Blinged up now.

Sunday afternoon I played football for cougars, not Budmouth, and we won 4-2 which is really good, I scored a greast goal and had another disallowed but we played well as a team and won so everyone was happy.

I was dropped off with my mum in town because the weather was so good for October and we all walked home but by the time I got home I had a tempreature and went to bed early.

Monday morning I was still hot so I stayed home from school, slept all morning and watched the TV all afternoon, Dad said that if I was too bad to go to school I was too bad to go to football training which I would like to have gone to.

This morning though is my birthday and I got some chocs, some clothes but best of all I got a really cool new MP3 phone with Bluetooth and everything! Off to school now, having some friends around the house after school and I think grandma & grandpa are coming over too...more pressies!

We all watched X-Factor on saturday night, we love doing that together.

Sunday morning I had a football match which proved a tough one. We played a team in the league above us in a cup match and lost 4-1, most of the game was close but I was tired in the first half, I picked up a little in the second half but got a yellow card for talking back to the ref. just before the end of the game I should have had a penalty as the defence were pulling me back because I'd passed them and was going to shoot, two of them held me and I lashed out a bit so my manager took me off, he didn't want me to get another yellow adn then a red.

We chilled out at home all afternoon and had an early night because of school on monday. I had quite a difficult day at school as usual.

On Tuesday my mum & dad came to school to talk to my SALT teacher, she told me about it, I had dancing in the evening and I had to apologise to Becky, the teacher, because of last weeks problems. After that I had to watch tv with mum & dad, when I was sent to bed it took me ages to get to sleep. because I took so long getting to sleep my dad woke me up early saying i've got to go to bed earlier.

I played Rugby in Sport this week, a winger, and I scored a Try, England Rugby watch out....here I come!

Back to Budmouth on Monday, had a play on the computers for a while then after school had our first football practice in the main hall with Cougars, that was great. We did a hard warm up then played a load of competative games, I scored 6 goals, happy again. We've got a big cup match on Sunday, the team we're playing are in a higher league than us so they'll expect to beat us.....watch this space.

After football, my dad had a meeting at the hockey club, I went along and he got sky sports put on for us to watch but i was hungry and bored, eventually got away from there and back home where it was food & bed time.

I brought home a map from geography of Purbeck & South Dorset, it's a proper OS map, cooooool! I learnt about North, South West & East. My map was a bit ripped but my dad repaired it with tape.

I went to school football practice tonight and didn't score, the teacher said I played quite well, the best thing I did was hit the bar.

staying in tonight with mum & dad, no football on sunday, the team have got practice but i'll be in bridport with Tristan.

I've got games today but I don't know what to do after school, I'm a fast runner so the sports teacher has asked me to go to rugby practice, he thinks my speed would make me a good winger. Trouble is that's straight after school and finishes at 4.15 then i've got dancing at 4.45, i don't think I can do it all in one evening.

I'm going to chat with mum & dad about it. The good news is that football practice for Weymouth Cougars Sports tomorrow.

Sunday morning we had a game, we expected to win it after our good result last week but we didn't, we won the first half 2-0, Tom scored a cracker first then I got one using my speed but in the second half, the whole team seemed to take their foot off the gas and the oposition got back into the game, we picked up a little when they drew level at 2-2 but in the last 5 mins they tucked a corner away, a real liucky one that curled into the front post. Ryan was on the post but let it through somehow. I was so upset I had to run off in stead of going to the managers team talk after the game.

We had a good afternoon though and watched a movie in the evening before bed.

Monday when I woke up I wasn't feeling too good, I went down for breakfast, had some cerial and then, when I was getting dressed for school I started feeling even worse. Mum & dad made me start walking to school but after only a few hundred yards I was feeling very rough. I went back to the house and told mum and she kept me home for the day, she rang school to tell them.

I've got to go to school tomorrow, I'm feeling better and don't want to miss too much.

They changed my timetable a little bit today and that confused me, Mrs Davies helped me out though and I appreciated that. I'was late with some English homework, I've got to do that tonight.

Harry and one of his brother spat coloured fruit drink over me whilst I was wearing my new Budmouth reversible rugby shirt and it might have stained the white part. I don't know why they did it but I wish they'd think, my mum spent ages at the sink trying to get it out because I need the shirt tomorrow.

Last night we were given great new football kit for my other team, Weymouth Cougars Sports U12 and there was a photographer ther for the 2 sponsors, the yellow kit is sponsored by Southern Electric and the blue training tops are sponsored by one of my dad's websites www.Weymouth.co.uk the kit looks great and we're all looking forward to wearing it on sunday for another great win! We hope!

I forgot to take my tablet and went to school, I had Art, Science and History, I liked Science the best, I sit next to Tenaka.

In History Tenaka was talking and I got the blame and told off.

When I got home I stayed in and played with my wrestlers for a while but some friends called on me, Ayesha and Amy, they came in and we chatted for a while then I squirted them with a little water pistol, they ran down stairs screaming and my dad was there. He took the water pistol off me and gave it to the girls and they squirted me in the kitchen until I was soaked. We played in the garden for a while then they went home.

When they'd gone I taught myself to jump as high as the basketball hoop by running at it, then putting one foot half way up the shed door and pushing up to touch the hoop.

My dad had an e-mail from Mr Dyke saying that I've got to turn up to training on Thursday after school and I should get into the team for the games that are coming up.

Now Mum's doing tea and then I've got to do my homework.

Saturday I was supposed to go and help my dad work, he said he was going to pay me £5 an hour which would have been £20 but  I wanted to stay in an watch TV again with Ollie.

Sunday we had to get up really early because I had a football match in Wool at 10.30, we drove there and met the rest of the team, Tristan had to be the Linesman, it was an important game becuase it was the first one of the season, last season we didn't win a single game, so we ran like heck and came away with a 3-2 win! I scored a great Goal and did a breakdance celebration, JJ scored one and my best friend Keith scored the third. The other team were quite upset because they expected to beat us easily because of last seasons result but we've all been training really hard over the summer.

I scored another 2 goals but they were disallowed because they said I was off-side.

Tonight we're just going to watch the X-Factor then have an early night.

We went out for a meal last night at a new place along the seafront called Cactus. Mum & Dad know the chef and he made me King Prawns (one of my favourites) even though they weren't on the menu.

Got back really late so I'm very tired this morning. Off to school now, sport first thing so I'm looking forward to that.

In the evening I went to football practice, it's not hard to get to because our house backs onto the playing fields so all I have to do is go through the gate at the bottom of our garden and I'm there.

We had to go for a long run then we walked through all of our positions, I'm centre forward because I'm the fastest and I score a lot of goals, just like Theo Walcott! We also played a bit of attack v defence but the bit I like the best is the match at the end, my team won and I scored 4 goals, Dad and Andy were very pleased.

We've got a match on Sunday over in Winfrith so Tristan's got to get me back over to Weymouth for 0915 in the morning, I'm not sure he'll be pleased about that.

Then, this eveneing I went to my normal dancing class and there's  usually only about 4 of us there but tonight there were 10, loads of new guys, I must have had an influence on them all when I showed them how to dance on dartmoor. My teacher, Becky, said she'd never seen so many boys at a dance lesson. Maybe I'm already changing people. The new guys I knew from school, excellent.

Tonight , dad & I watched the Bourne Ultimatum, the last Bourne movie, Dad loves it, he says he's the American version of James Bond.

Lets see if I feel any more lively tomorrow morning?

On the trip we had a great time, friday was a late night but they woke us up in the middle of the night to clean the toilets, I hated that.

Saturday we had a really long bike ride and I was so tired I didn't finish it, I had to get back to the church (where we were sleeping because the camp site was washed out) in the minibus.

We had a disco saturday night and I showed off my breakdancing, the people who ran the centre were so impressed that they gave me 2 free cans of coke!

When I got home sunday afternoon, my mum & dad said that I stank, probably because I hadn't washed much! After a shower and covering myself with smellies we all sat down to a great roast dinner and watched a Clint Eastwood cowboy film in front of our log fire, we love sundays like that!

The best thing about today was my PE lesson, we played football and the girls played hockey. In football I scored 4 goals in 5 matches, we won our first 1-0, second we lost 1-0, third we won 1-0, fouth match we won 1-0 and the fifth we won 1-0 -  low scoring games because it was winners stays on.

I came home with George and we played with my "Hell in the Cell" wrestling cage.

One good thing I did was remember to eat my sandwiches. George bought Muffins and Milk in the Canteen.

In the evening i brought a couple of new friends home, I can't remember their names now, but I had to go to football practice, I play for Weymouth Cougars Sports who are sponsored by Southern Electricity and one of my Dad's websites www.Weymouth.co.uk

I am usually the fastest in the team but in the sprint training i was lagging behind and my manager, Andy, asked me why and i told him it was because "I can't be bothered" and he threw a fit and told me to run around the whole playing fields as a punishment!

I was thinking about just going home but I had a short rest then did my run, my dad came over to me afterwards and told me it was because I'd forgotten to eat my sandwiches for lunch.....no fuel in.....no energy out!

Now I know!
